Once an order is submitted on SleepLikeBoots.com, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise you have selected is out of stock, will contact you with a follow-up email.
SleepLikeBoots.com only has in-stock items available for purchase online. The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located, and the shipping address is verified.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Due to COVID-19, orders are taking a little longer to process and some packages may be delayed. Please know that our teams are working as quickly–and safely–as possible to fulfill orders.
Next business day orders need to be made by 2:00pm PST. Orders made Friday after 2:00 pm PST will be processed the following Monday.

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total.
Please note: The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. When we have special offers that can be applied to your order, we provide promotional codes in our marketing emails, visible on our website, or or through an authorized affiliate website. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Shopping Bag page and hit the "proceed to checkout" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order at checkout and will not appear on a line-item basis.
